Ply-Tech was founded and incorporated in 1998 in New Braunfels, Texas.  We are a manufacturer of specialty fabrics for use as ballistic armor, composite marine products, scrim fabrics for sailcloth reinforcement, and our newest venture into the utility market-the Dirt Skirt� Patent Pending. Developed for the management of residue from the digging and setting of utility poles.
